Welcome to A Text From My Dog, a service provided by The Dashing Peach, LLC d/b/a A Text From My Dog ("we," "us," or "our"). By texting our number or using our service in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
A Text From My Dog is an AI-powered SMS service that creates a personalized, simulated texting experience based on your dog's personality. The responses you receive are generated by artificial intelligence and do not represent actual communication from your dog. The service is intended to be fun, warm, and entertaining.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use A Text From My Dog. By using this service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If we discover that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to terminate their account immediately and issue a refund for any unused portion of their subscription.
A Text From My Dog offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After your trial period ends, continued use of the service requires a paid subscription at one of the following rates: $4.99/month (monthly subscription, auto-renewing), $47.99/year (annual subscription, auto-renewing, billed once per year).
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize The Dashing Peach, LLC d/b/a A Text From My Dog to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by texting CANCEL to (364) 900-2703. Cancellation takes effect immediately. We do not offer refunds for partial months or partial years.
A Text From My Dog offers gift subscriptions in the following amounts: $14.97 (3-month gift) and $47.99 (1-year gift). Gift subscriptions are one-time purchases and are not auto-renewing. The gift recipient will receive a link to activate their subscription. Upon expiration of a gift subscription, the recipient may choose to continue with a paid monthly or annual subscription. Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once redeemed.
Each phone number may be associated with one dog profile. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree to use A Text From My Dog only for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others, attempt to reverse engineer or manipulate the AI system, use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent, or share your account access with others.
All responses from your dog are generated by artificial intelligence. While we work hard to make the experience feel personal and authentic, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, appropriateness, or consistency of AI-generated content. The service is for entertainment purposes.
We have implemented safeguards to prevent harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content. If you receive a response that seems inappropriate, please contact us through the form at atextfrommydog.com.
By signing up, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from The Dashing Peach, LLC d/b/a A Text From My Dog including your dog's responses, scheduled check-in messages, weekly Pawroscopes, the Weekly Woof recap, holiday messages, and birthday messages.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to (364) 900-2703. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from us.
The A Text From My Dog name, logo, and all associated content and technology are owned by The Dashing Peach, LLC. You may not use our branding or content without our written permission.
A Text From My Dog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Dashing Peach, LLC d/b/a A Text From My Dog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by sending a message from your dog. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
